WHAT : Christmas Party 2018

WHO : All Tertiary and SHS students
II. EVENT OBJECTIVES
To create a general student Christmas party with new a flavor that the STIers will surely
remember as a game changer event.
III. PRE-EVENT EVALUATION
a. planning evaluation
-The significance changes that were made on the plan before the events is
the program it is not a full proof program that is why a lot of changes happen
before and during the event.
b. strategic events
-the strategic advantage that the organizers use is be flexible in any other way
IV.ON-SITE EVALUATION
a. What I observe during the event is that everyone is having fun and enjoying
the event.
V. POST-EVENT REPORT
a. Attendance or participation assessment
i. Number of attendees- 200 +
ii. Profile of attendees- Students of STI College Munoz-EDSA
