Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the entire

Country/Countries
Outstanding background in leadership within the areas of distribution,
transportation, operations, Import, export and supply chain management
with strength in improving efficiencies.
Control of the warehouses that supports a busy sales office at the same
location.
Candidate with a sharp focus on quality, experience in managing in a
distribution/warehousing environment
Day to day supervision of warehouse/administrative team
Optimize productivity, inventory and space utilization
 Responsibility for P & L, acting as the primary contact for local
customers and interface with other company business partners.

Requirements
Ability to motivate, lead and develop management and associate
employees
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Bilingual Spanish/English
Understanding of financial statements and reports
Plan, staff and direct all facility operations within budgeted requirements
Protect the safety of our employees and assets.
Skilled with business computer applications.
Flexible working hours, travel required
Knowledge of importation process
Ensuring the facility is compliant with company operations, policies, and
procedures on a day-to-day basis
