This JSA outlines fall protection control measures for work conducted at heights over 2 feet or whenever a fall hazard exists. It requires the use of full body harnesses, guardrails, safety nets or scaffolding with railings. Specific requirements include rail heights of 42-45 inches, toe boards below work areas, anchorage points at the waist, and inspection of fall protection equipment before each use. Workers must be trained before using fall protection gear, which must be capable of arresting falls within 4 feet.
