AFFIDAVIT OF CANCELLATION OF NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS

We, Nelson Dinoy, Alejo Dinoy, Anunciacion D. Potot, Noel Dinoy , Lydia Dinoy (surviving heirs
of Candida Dinoy) ,Romeo Sumalinog (surviving heir of Constancia D. Sumalinog) all are of legal age,
Pilipino, and resident of Suba-Masulog Lapulapu City ,after being duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and say, that:

1. We cause the recording and annotation of Notice of lis Pendens in the lot covered with TCT
no.2012003156 thru a formal request in the Register of Deeds of Lapu lapu City last March 4, 1997.

2. That the parties who are all relatives are now come to an agreement to settle issues amicably
and we decided to withdraw the Notice of Lis Pendens annotated in the TCT no. 2012003156.

5. We hereby request the Register of Deeds of the City of Lapulapu City to cancel or cause the
cancellation of the annotation of the Notis of Lis Pendens in TCT no. 2012003156.

4. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of all the foregoing and for
all other legal intents and purposes.
