Task : Guided by the revised programme learning outcomes, design an 8-semester curriculum for a Bachelor’s programme in Zoo Management. Output/Deliverable per Table : 1) Programme structure in the form of a list of subjects per semester for 8 semesters, including the number of credits per subject, the total credits per semester, and the total credits per year; 2) Curriculum map that shows the connection, via the subjects taken, between the profile of incoming students and the attributes of the graduates of the programme. 3) Map of the individual subjects corresponding to each of the programme learning outcomes Curricular Constraints and Conditions : 1. 4-year study programme, comprised of 8 semesters 2. number of credit hours per subject is at 30, 45 or 60 credit hours per semester 3. total credit hours cannot exceed 270 each year 4. number of individual subjects may not exceed 4 per semester 5. there should be at least two electives, of a total of at least 120 credit hours (e.g. two electives at 60 credits per elective; four electives at 30 to 45 credits each; three electives one of which is at 60 credits and the other two are at 30/45 credits each) 6. the programme may include internships, apprenticeships, exposure travels, and the like, but these need to be scheduled within the 8 semesters, possibly during the summer. Please specify duration (e.g., two weeks). Such activities will not carry any credits. 7. Grant and Proposal Writing (45 hours) is a requirement for graduation in the final year of study
