The machine dispenses a line of cement or foam and then lays the
bricks from the pellet that it receives from an trolley lifter. Its purpose
is to economize and automate brick laying and cement dispensing.
The machine can lift bricks up to 10 meters and can lift large bricks
and lay bricks faster and longer than a standard human brick layer.

1
HOW IT WORKS

The linear motion robot can be controlled remotely from distance

behind a computer. The operator sets it instructions similar to how 3D
printer is programmed with a CAD input file. An operator can control
several linear motion builders at the same time. On site, an trolley fills
the linear motion builder with pellets and an operator refills the
cement container.

2
SOFTWARE

CAD to PLC

The computer aided design (CAD) files developed by the architect can
be converted into several programmable logic controller ladder files
utilizable by the linear motion builder. Similar to how an CAD file is
converted to an PLC file for a 3D printer.

TThe ‘automation builder’ can initiate the programmed works using

a standard AC5000 that uses an development–Object-oriented
programming (OOP) software to carry out indicated sections per
pellet for laying bricks

This enables an engineer at the office to program the linear motion

builder to carry out building works, in collaboration with the builders
on site.

The machines will bring new labor practices for workers at the office
or from home to control the robots. Engineers will need to divide the
CAD files into workable PLC sections for a robot to build.

COMPETITION

4
AN UNPATENTED PROJECT

The unpatented product makes economic sense, since its cheaper

than manual brick laying. There is no limiting patenting force in the
industry, and those who adapt fastest to the most efficient technology
are able to offer contractors the best prices.

OPEN SOURCE COMMERCIALIZATION

The linear motion builder was open sourced a few months ago by the
initiator of this project. Open source signifies no patent can be gran-
ted on the model. Patent searches show there was no previous patent
on the product.

The use of open source for industry opening inventions restricts

others from requesting patents on the invention and results in perfect
competition, creating an industry that supplies products at lower
prices and at a more produced products.

BENEFITS OF PERFECT
COMPETITION

• Provides purchasers with lower prices and thereby lower costs

of production in a B2B market.

• Enables companies to produce more goods at a lower prices

for more consumers.

• Purchasers have the potential to switch to another supplier

of the capital.

• First technology uptakes can innovate it and request patents on it.

Workers are competed for as the industry is larger.

• Large competition causes firms to innovate more and continually

supply improved products.

• Those firms that do not adapt will be outcompeted by competitors.

When capital becomes more productive or cheaper, the rent for that
capital goes down; increasing long term output potential, thereby
from ‘quantity one’ to ‘quantity two’ as the new capital is employed. If
an firm is unable to take-up this more productive technology due to
patents or inability to adapt, it production will move to point B,
producing a lower quantity.A

WITH YOUR ORDER

We can establish an oligopoly firm in the market, where we can gain

an advantage with new patents, scale and first mover advantage.
In the future we will provide discounts and other advantages to the
first firms to order units.
