1. We have considered following vendors for station transformer and final technical offers from
these vendors are attached in File.
 M/s- ABB

Addition/deletion unit rates: L&T reserves the right to increase / decrease quantity of any
type/model of instruments and accessories as per final Engineering with TATA POWER
COMPANY LIMITED. If the main supply quantity and essential spare quantity as per Final
Engineering varies from order quantity; the order price shall be added / reduced as per the unit
rate mentioned in the final priced offer submitted by vendor. The unit rates in final detailed
price breakup shall be applicable for deletion and addition of components at a later date and
shall remain valid till the completion of commissioning and handover for this project. Purchase
to kindly ensure vendor compliance for the same.

2. Technical evaluation summary:

Technical Evaluation summary of vendor offers is attached with this Handover File note. Further
following observations to be noted by purchaser. Deviations of Best Vendor’s Offer shall be taken
up with Client before closing the offer.

ABB
ABB has offered some items of SAS package, the items offered are mentioned in price schedule
and annexure-1. ABB has not offered all the items mentioned in BOQ.

Spares offered ABB as per attached spare list.

3. BOQ

As per BOQ given with enquiry specification.( Partially complied by ABB)

Note: - Quantity mentioned above is purely based on SOR provided by client along with specification
without any further detail engineering.

4. Make List for subcomponents

As per enquiry specifications Annexure-III

Other items which are not offered by ABB will be taken from other vendors.
