AP Prepayment Transactions Report

Use this Report to review the unapplied prepayments and unpaid or partially paid
invoices for a supplier.
Use the AP Prepayment transactions report to review the information about prepayments,
Invoices and Vendors information with in the organization.
This report also gives you the option to see the prepayment detailed information.
This report shows detail information about the prepayments based on the Prepayment
currency and vendor name.
If your using multiple currencies, the report converts prepayment amounts into your
functional currency.
You can compare the invoices and prepayments for a supplier to determine if there are
outstanding prepayments which can apply against unpaid invoices.
This report will be sorted by Prepayment number.
This report also gives you the Invoice details like invoice number, Invoice account date
and invoice amount applied.
By using this report we can check the prepayment applied amount and invoice amount
applied.
Report Parameter & Sort Order:
Order By: The option you want to use to sort your information. For example, you can
sort by:
• Prepayment Number.
We can view the prepayment information by selecting specific Prepayment currency and
Vendor name.

AP Supplier Statement all invoices Report
Description:

The AP Supplier Statement all invoices report provides information to support the
balance due on an invoice.
This report helps you quickly identity and review a detailed list of all payment activities
pertaining to a specific invoice.
Use this report to view unpaid invoices.
By using this report we can view the information based on Vendor Number, Vendor
Name, invoice type, invoice currency.
If you use multiple currencies, the report converts invoice amounts into your functional
currency.
This Report will provide the Invoice details and GL date, Terms Date.
By using this report we can view the information based on the Vendor Name.
This report gives you also the Invoice Amount, Amount paid and invoice balance based
on vendor name.
This report provides the invoices information as the date u entered.
Report Parameter & Sort Order:

Date_From: All the invoices whose accounting date is before or the same as the date
you enter.

Order By:

The option you want to use to sort the invoice details of your report.
For example, you can sort by:
 Vendor Name.
Report Summary:

Column Heading:
Vendor Name: The name of the vendor.
Vendor Number: The number of the vendor.
GL Date: The GL Date.
Terms Date: The terms date.
Invoice Type: The type of the invoice.
Invoice No: The number of the invoice.
Invoice Currency: The currency of the Invoice.
Invoice Amount: The Amount of the Invoice.
Amount Paid: The paid Amount of the invoice.
Invoice Balance: The balance Amount of the invoice.
AP_Trial_Balance_Summary Report
Description:

Use the Accounts Payable Trial Balance Report to verify that total accounts
payable liabilities in Payable equal those in the general ledger.

To reconcile these balances you can compare the cumulative total liability
provided by this report with the total liability provided by your general ledger. The Trial
Balance Report lists and subtotals by supplier and liability account all unpaid and
partially paid invoices that payables has transferred to the general ledger.

These invoices represent your organizations outstanding accounts payable


liability. Therefore, to obtain the most up-to-date trial balance, you should transfer your
invoice and payment activity to the general ledger before submitting this report. This
report presents your outstanding accounts payable liability information; it is only valid
for an accrual set of books.
Report Parameter & Sort Order:

As_Of_Date: Payables lists all unpaid or partially paid invoices with accounting dates
on or before the As of Date you enter.

Order By:

The option you want to use to sort the invoice details of your report.
For example, you can sort by:

 Entity.
 Line Of Business.
 Profit Center.
 Cost Center.
 Sub Code.
 Currency.

Column Heading:

 Line of Business: Line of Business name.


 Cost Center: Cost Center name.
 Profit Center: Profit Center name.
 Sub Code: Sub Code name.
 Account Code: Account Code of your report
 Account Description: Account Description.
 Invoice No: Invoice Number.
 Description: Description of invoice.
 Invoice Date: Date of invoice.
 Vendor Name: Name of the vendor.
 Invoice Amount: Amount of invoice.
 Remaining Amount: Remaining amount of invoice.

Total for:
 The Grand Total of remaining amount.
 The Grand Total of invoice amount.
 The Account Total of remaining amount.
 The Account Total of invoice amount.

AP Payment Report
Description:

Use the AP Payment report to review payments with assigned document numbers.
By using this report we can view the information based on the Company, Bank Account,
Payment currency, Check Date and Payment type.
This Report will provide the complete Payment details and Vendor Details like document
number, document name, check date, vendor name, vendor site, created by whom,
creation date, updated by whom, updated date, bank account, payment currency, payment
type and check date.
This report gives you also the Payment Amount and Functional Amount.
This report gives you also the invoice details, vendor site details, vendor name and
document details.
By using this report we can compare payment amount with Functional Amount.

The option you want to use to sort the payment details of your report.
For example, you can sort by:
 Company.
 Bank Account.
 Payment Currency.
 Check Date.
 Payment Type.

AP Invoice Account Detail Report

Use this report to review and analyze accounting entries in Payables.


You can use the report parameters to limit the report to just the accounting information
you want to review.
Use the AP Invoice Account Detail report to review the information about Invoices and
Vendors information with in the organization.
This report also gives you the option to see the invoice detailed information.
This report shows detail information about invoices based on the Profit Center, Cost
Center, Sub code, Line of business, Account and invoice currency.
This report will be sorted by Invoice Voucher number.
This report can show the invoice voucher Number, invoice amount, invoice document
number, vendor name and invoice date,
This report also gives you the Account Type, Account, Account Description and Account
Date.
This report also gives you the Invoice details like Invoice Type, Invoice currency,
Invoice number, Invoice Voucher number and invoice date.
By using this report we can compare the debit amount with credit amount for particular
invoice.

Order By: The option you want to use to sort your information. For example, you can
sort by:
• Invoice Voucher Number.
We can view the invoice information by selecting specific Profit Center, Cost center and
Subcode, line of business, Account and invoice currency.

AR Invoice Monthly Dist Report

Use the AR Invoice monthly dist report to review the information about the Invoices with
in the organization.
Use this report to review the invoice amounts during a specific time period.
By using this report we can compare the invoice amount with GL dates wise with in the
dates of you’re entered as a parameter.
This report also gives you the option to see the invoice detailed information based on
customer name, invoice rule and company.
This report will be sorted by transaction date.
This report can show the invoice date, invoice amount, currency, and transaction date and
transaction number and monthly invoice amount for a particular transaction date.
By using this report we can view customer number, customer name.

Report Parameter & Sort Order:


Date_From: All the invoices whose GL invoice date is after or the same as the date you
enter.
Date_To: All the invoices whose GL invoice date is before or the same as the date you
enter.

Order By: The option you want to use to sort your information. For example, you can
sort by:
 Customer Name.
 Company Name.
