manufacture this product. Roofline (pvt.) Ltd is a leading and renowned name in Modified Bituminous

Introduction

Roofline manufactures Modified Bituminous Waterproofing Membrane under the trademark of

ROOFGRIP. ROOFGRIP water proofing membranes are high quality, manufactured from bitumen,
modified with selected high grade elastomers SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) and Plastomers APP
(Atactic Polypropylene). The compound with additives are coated on to the reinforcement which is not
proof non-woven polyester fabric to the required thickness which supersedes in quality and durability.
Our products are applicable for concealed and exposed waterproofing purposes. The company has
achieved many milestones over the years and proudly exhibits that our products have been utilized at

Elastogrip

Elastogrip is a high quality self-adhesive membrane, manufacture from bitumen, modified with
elastomers SBS(Styrene Butadiene Styrene).the modified compound is coated on to 150-180gr/m rot-
proof, non-woven polyester carrier, give the membrane aging resistance flexibility at low temperature and
enhance the adhesive properties, makes more easier for application in confined space wear torch
application is difficult.

Uses

Elastogrip self-adhesive membrane is used as general purpose for waterproofing kitchen,bathrooms and
damp proof course for concrete, walls and structures.

Plastogrip

Plastogrip is APP(Atactic Polypropylene)high performance polymer modified bituminous membrane

reinforced with 142-200gr/m rot-proof, non-woven polyester carrier and polymers mixed bitumen makes
the membrane highly resistant,UV radiation and mechanical strength.

Uses

The membrane has versatile uses its durability &flexibly at low temperature and stability at high
temperature that’s why it has been recommended for all type of waterproofing requirements e.g.; roofs ,
basements , tanking , retaining walls, bridges and multi-story car parking.

Production Process

We convert semi finished goods into finished goods.

Raw material (Transformed resources)

These raw material are used and convert it into finished good. Bitumen, Polymers, Polyesters, HDP (High
density polythene), Aluminum foil, Slate powder, APP (Atactic polypropylene), SBS, HDPE film.

Transforming resources

Sami-Auto machinery which include oil heater, cooling rollers and boilers in a result physical
transformation take place that is bituminous membrane roll is producedsupplied and applied todesire
location.

Conversion of inputs into outputs

There is only one latest plant which is connected with boiler and mixers. Inputs are converted into outputs
through semi-automatic machines in which bitumen is heated for a while then it goes to mixer where
other ingredients of product are mixed according to the recipe of requirement of roll. After mixing the
bitumen mixer extract is applied to polyester through plant then HDPE filming is required on roll
(aluminum foil, Granules, BOPP) is applied. Then membrane is pass through water for cooling process
after cooling 10 meters of roll is cut with machine and then tape is applied by worker according to the roll
then stock them.

Finished Product Size and Color

Color of product is black.Size of a Roll is 1*10 in which 1m is its width and 10m is its length and Its
weight of a roll is 21-30 kg according to their grades.

estate. Company properties are selected on these location because of easily access of motorways and high
ways that’s why customer easily access to our head office which is located in 105-A muhafiz town multan
road. Due to easily access to customers the cost of transportation decreases and also proximity to
suppliers.

Capacity of Production Machine

They can make 6 lac square feet roll in a day, 36 lac in a week and per month 1 crore 44 lac.

Store room capacity

Company has 4 canal square feet store room and they hold raw material inventory for 3 months.

Quality management system

They check the quality of raw material at the time of purchase. They take the required from the customer
and make the sample in the laboratory. Then they forward to the production department. Then they start
the production according to their required orders.
