Issuance of Official Letters that are Warning, Explanation,Termination, Increment, Promotions,
Experience & Memo’s etc., Manage and update recruitment pool (CVs).
Developing & maintaining of CVs Data Base System.
Develop & Maintain Ex-Employee Database.
Sending Advertisement matters for publication regarding vacancies.
Facilitate the recruitment / selection process of employee.
Ensure accurate data entry so employee and employer contributions are made to the plans.
Accountable for accurate and timely monthly remittances issued out of benefit liability accounts.
Complete annual reporting details of employee turnover.
Maintain confidentially while dealing with personal and sensitive information.
Administer payment of benefits in conjunction with policies, for leaves of Absence (maternity,
long-term disability, leave without pay). Collect arrears via pay deduction or post-dated cheques.
Coordinate compensation and benefit information for applicants of early leave option. Calculate
potential lump sum payment.
Provide information regarding vacation and sick leave according to collective agreements terms
and conditions.
Coordinate and administer leave encashment benefit. Calculate payment amounts, provide
information and options to each participant eligible for E/L benefits, ensure payment is received,
proper amount is remitted, and proper deductions are taken.
Provides backup support for staff development and contract process.
