PP Tim 2 (Morning) : Assalamu’alaikum wr.wb. Thank you for the opportunity

given to me to explain the patient's Current Condition,
The number of Patients of the 1st Team Currently Is 3
persons With Partial Dependency care Level 2 people and
a Total care 1 person. The identity of the patient is the
first name of Mr. R, age 50 years, level dependence of
partial care. Medical diagnosis of fracture of the Femur
distal 1/3. The General State of the patient is weak TTV
Last At 13.00. Tensi 130/70 mmHg, S: 37, 50 c. 64x
pulse/min. RR: 22 x/mnt. GCS 15. The patient
complained of could not have activity as usual.

Nursing problems found was the physical mobility

barriers b/d attached cast/traction.
