Description
App Tool is a CITI Specific tool used to drop a credit card application through
IVR, In which customer calls to the agent and provides his personal details to
avail a credit card. This tool sends the detail to the back end (Apollo) to take
decisive action against the details provided by the consumer to accept or decline
the application by measuring various parameters. App Tool receives the flag
from Apollo through a web services call and gives the information to customer
in accordance with the flag.

maintaining POS-R for their business stability.

• Creating automation test scripts (feature files) by using Cucumber
frameworks.

real mobile emulator devices using Appium.
• Using the core functionalities of Node.JS to automate the scripts.
