Assigned Project Navya Bhargavi is the assigned project manager. She will report to the
Manager, project sponsors the plan of the project and conclusion of developing

Authority Level developers to obtain the application and provide the details of the
application.

How Did We Rank the Stakeholders?

In determining the rank of the stakeholders we used the following approach. We identified who had
substantial interest in the outcome of the project and had substantial power to help the project
manager achieve the project goals.
a. High Power and High Interest in Project Outcome is category one. Two stakeholder fits this
Group1 –Seller, Customer
b. Medium Power and High Interest in Project Outcome-Only one stakeholder fall in this Group.
c. Low Power and Low Interest in Project Outcome –Two stakeholders fall in this Group.
