1st SEMESTER
29. PRINCIPLES OF POLICY:
It is the responsibility of every organ of the state to function according to the prescribed
guiding principles. Furthermore, the President (representing the Federal Government) and the
Governor (representing the Provincial Government) are to give a report on the observance of
Policy Principles annually.

30. RESPONSIBILTY WITH RESPECT TO PRINCIPLES OF POLICY:

The representing organs of the state are responsible for the actions caused and authority
administered by the people or state, and to see if they are in accordance with the Principles of
policy or not.

31. ISLAMIC WAY OF LIFE:

Facilities should be provided for Muslims to live their lives in accordance with Quran and
Sunnah. Unity among Muslims as well as teaching of the Holy Books should be promoted.
The misprint of Quran should be minified and avoided. Furthermore, proper collections for
Zakaat, Aukaf and Ushr etc. should be arranged.

32: PROMOTION OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONS:

The local authorities subjected to a small geographical area are given the right to induct
minors (and lower-class) as representatives, which could later on assist the National
Government in making the Policy Reports.

33. PAROCHIAL AND OTHER SIMILAR PREJUDICES TO BE

DISCOURAGED:
The partial views regarding the disparities among communities with reference to race, tribe,
beliefs, sects etc. should be discouraged.

34. FULL PARRTICIPATION OF WOMEN IN NATIONAL LIFE:

Women should be provided equal representation as men in all stages of life.
35. PROTECTION OF FAMILY:
The family life is to be preserved. Laws are enforceable regarding matrimonial matters and
for managing orphans in Foster Care Services. (Gehwarahs or Orphanages)

36. PROTECTION OF MINORITIES:

The social, economic and political justice of minorities should be looked after and they
should be given due representation in Federal/Provincial Services.

37. PROMOTION OF SOCIAL JUSTICE AND ERADICATION OF

SOCIAL EVILS:
The Educational and Economic interests as well as free education should be promoted and
illiteracy should be eliminated. Furthermore prostitution, gambling, drugs and taking
alcoholic beverages should be permanently removed. Facilities should be decentralized,
justice should be quick, and career choices should not be forced upon Children/Women.

38. PROMOTION OF THE SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WELL-BEING

OF THE PEOPLE:
The well-being of the citizens should be acknowledged. Their security and basic necessities
should be provided for. The income disparities and the extraneous charged taxation should be
dealt with as soon as possible.

39. PARTICIPATION OF PEOPLE IN THE ARMED FORCES:

Induction of citizens in military, navy and air-force is opened to all Pakistani Nationals.

40. STRENTHENING BONDS WITH MUSLIM WORLD AND

PROMOTING INTERNATIONAL PEACE:
The state should foster brotherly relations with other neighboring and far-fetched states and
settle disputes to maintain international pacifism.
