This form aims to evaluate the progress of your RDE projects/activities you will work on and to assist you along RD/E functions. The form will be given
every beginning of a quarter and will be retrieved at the end of the quarter until completion of the project. For faculty who have not received any funding
from SSU, we encourage you to start on simple, workable and inexpensive projects doable in less than a year.

Furthermore, this formserves as a monitoring and evaluation tool for the year end clearance requirment. We would like to inform you that the R&D/E
clearance policy is intended to capacitate/develop the faculty skills in conducting RDE projects. For senior researchers who is capable of doing high-
end research, we encourage you to submit proposals for external funding. Please visit the office so that we can discuss with you possible funding
agencies suited to your project.

Let us do our part and build a University empowered by faculty who are R&D/E oriented, contributor to the development of Samar, the region and
beyond.

Thank you for participating in making SSU a known R&D institution.
