I/WE hereby declare that the particulars given above are correct and complete. I/We hereby express my unconditional and irrevocable
consent to debit payments of loan instalment dues and / or any overdue / late charges / cheque bounce charges and in the event of default
or recall of the loan the entire outstanding shall be debited. I/We being the beneficiary/(ies) of loan vide Agreement dated ___________
further unconditionally authorise ABFL to raise the debits on such regular and other payments as stated herein against the above
mentioned Bank Account with you. I / We being the borrower ABFL hereby express my/our unconditional consent to debit payment of
my/our instalments above through participation in ECS of the National Clearing Cell of the Reserve Bank of India, and hereby
unconditionally and irrevocably authorize ABFL to raise debit on such regular instalments, till such time all dues to ABFL ar e cleared
through this scheme by debits against bank account number as per the details mentioned above. If the transaction is delayed or not
effected at all for reasons of incomplete or incorrect information, I would not hold the institution responsible. I have read and understood the
Option Invitation Letter along with Terms and Conditions of ECS as provided in the Annexure and agree to discharge the responsibility
expected of me as a participant under this Letter.

Electronic Clearing Service (Debit)
Option Invitation Letter

Dear Customer,

a) An alternative method of payment is offered by Reserve Bank of India which provides you an option to pay your dues directly through
your bank account. Your bank account would be debited through this payment mechanism right on the due date/ as and when ABFL
will present request before your Bank. You would be advised in the usual manner to make the repayment. Payment instruction would
be issued by us electronically through our banker to the Clearing House and the Clearing House would supply debit reports to the
bank with which you maintain the specified account. The branch will debit your account and indicate the debit entry as “ECS” with
other additional information in your pass book/statement of account.
b) If you maintain more than one bank account, payment can be made from any of these accounts. You do not have to open any new
bank account for the purpose.
c) This would be only an additional mode of payment and would be optional. You would have the right to withdraw from this mode of
payment by giving an advance notice of atleast 2 weeks to ABFL. Your complaint, if any, would be immediately dealt.
d) You are requested to fill in the Mandate Form attached herewith. The information to be supplied should accurate and complete in all
respects and duly certified by your bank.
e) The information provided by you will be kept confidential and would be utilized only for the purpose of effecting the payments due from
you.

Electronic Clearing Service (ECS): TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 The Customer shall be responsible for the accuracy of the particulars given in the ECS Request and shall be liable to compensate ABFL for
any loss arising on account of any error in his ECS Request.
 The Customer shall be bound by any ECS request presented by the ABFL, if the ABFL had presented the ECS request in good faith and in
compliance with existing clearing service guidelines.
 The Customer shall ensure availability of sufficient funds in his account applicable to the ECS request failing which Customer will be liable to
pay the amount for which ECS request was presented along with the charges including interest payable to ABFL.
 The Customer hereby unconditionally and irremovably authorizes ABFL to debit to his account with any liability incurred by him/her to ABFL
for the presentation by ABFL of any ECS request issued by the Customer.
 The Customer agrees that he/she shall not be entitled to make any claim against any party in the RBI-ECS Scheme.
 The Customer shall write to abfl-customerservice@adityabirla.com in case of any grievances within 24 hours of the transaction.

ABFL shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising or resulting from delay in transmission delivery or non-delivery of Electronic
messages or any mistake, omission, or error in t ransmission of delivery thereof or in deciphering the message from any cause whatsoever or
from its misinterpretation received or the action of the destination Bank or any act or event beyond control. ABFL is not responsible for any
charges/commission levied/charged by the Bank.
