LD-1300 gelling agent is a slurried guar polymer used for hydraulic fracturing
»» Liquid form eases handling on location
applications. It can be used in crosslinked fluid systems, in place of, or to
through the use of liquid additive
supplement linear gel applications, and in hybrid fracturing jobs where friction
pumps instead of dry-gel augers and
reduced water is used before a gelled fluid system. It is designed for ease-of-
hydration equipment
use when a dry gel blender is not available. Each gallon of LD-1300 gelling agent
contains 4.5-lbs of guar polymer. This slurry is prepared with a solvent that meets
all current USA environmental regulations except for the Gulf of Mexico.
