Environment course for the bachelor of business administration (BBA 7th) semester.

This report is based on the “study of sunrise bank”. The completion of this field work would not

At first, we would like to express my thanks to all of them. We have a great pleasure to express
our deep respect to Jagadish Poudel sir for his guidance in the course of preparation of this
report. Similarly, I would like to thank all of those friends and teachers, college staffs and bank
staffs of Boston and sunrise bank for giving me necessary suggestion and guidance and also, I
would like to put my deep thanks to my teammates for helping and putting their full effort in this

 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

In the given report first section defines the profile of the company. Under the profile we have
included the introduction about the company, mission, vision and objective of the company. It
defines the structure of the company and structure of the capital.

Under the second section we have conducted the environmental analysis of the company. In the
beginning internal environment is clearly analyzed. Internal environment refers to the such kind
of environment which can be controlled by the company itself. In second part, the external
environment is conducted. The external environment consists of PESTEL where P refers to the
Political analysis, Economic analysis, Socio-culture analysis, Legal analysis, Environmental
analysis. These are the things with which organization shuld be adapted.

And finally, SWOT analysis is conducted in the company in order to determine strength,
weakness, opportunity and threat.
