First and foremost, to Almighty God, for allowing us to meet such wonderful
people who helped, guided and gave us the courage, support and motivation to
conduct this challenging study and for giving our participants the loving kindness
to provide us the information and necessary data and also for giving us
wisdom, strength and perseverance in carrying out this academic endeavour.

A credit also to Mrs. Marlyn E. Ganancial for thoroughly teaching us in

understanding research and allowing us be familiar with the steps in the
conduct of it and for all the guidance, valuable suggestions, encouragement,
patience and constructive criticisms. Also for her generosity in allowing us to
borrow her Research samples as our reference and as a guide for us in
conducting our study and for being our research adviser and for her effective
