3. Now select Windows Firewall.

4. On the Left Pane of Firewall window Click Advanced settings.

5. Now under New Window of Advance Setting Click Inbound Rules in the left
frame of the window.

6. Click New Rule… in the right frame of the window

7. Click Port & click next

8. Click either TCP or UDP.(For DB Software’s select TCP)

9. Click Specific local ports. Type a port number Click Next.

Click Allow the connection.Click Next. & Select all network types to allow
the connection over and at last Type a name for new rule and Click Finish
