Reference  the  subject  matter  above,  the  Management  upon  reviewing  your  explanation  /  guilty  
finding   of   the   Domestic   Inquiry   held   on   _______________,   has   come   to   the   conclusion   that  
your  act(s)  of  misconduct  cannot  be  condoned  or  accepted.  
 
However,   the   Management   notes   that   Dismissal   may   be   too   harsh   a   punishment   in   view   of   the  
nature   of   the   misconduct   and   in   view   of   this,   the   Management   has   decided   to   suspend   you  
from  work  for  two  (2)  weeks  without  pay.  
 
Please  take  note  that  during  your  suspension,  you  are  not  allowed  to  come  into  the  Company  
premises  or  carry  out  any  business  transaction  on  behalf  of  the  Company  without  first  attaining  
approval  from  the  undersigned.

We   refer   to   your   letter   of   explanation   dated   __________________   in   response   to   our   earlier  
show  cause  letter.  
   
The  management  has  carefully  considered  your  explanation  and  finds  it  unacceptable.    In  view  
of   this,   it   has   been   decided   to   conduct   a   Domestic   Inquiry   into   the   following   charges   against
