AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, FERDINAND M. GERON, Filipino, of legal age, married, and with

office address at Pure Finance Corporation, 1234 Chino Roces Avenue, Makati
City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and
state:

1. That I am the authorized representative of PURE FINANCE CORPORATION, the

private complainant in Criminal Case No. 111222 against REY L. MAPA for
violation of Batas Pambansa Bilang 22 pending before the Metropolitan Trial
Court of Makati City, Branch 62 (copy of the Secretary's Certificate is hereto
attached as Annex "A" and form and integral part hereof;

2. That after a careful evaluation of the facts surrounding the case, I came to
realize that the case arose out of misapprehension of facts and that the
account of the accused has already been settled even prior to the filing of this
case;

3. That I have decided not to pursue the case against the accused considering
that under the circumstances, it will be extremely difficult for the prosecution
to secure conviction of the accused;
4. That because of the foregoing reasons, I am now desisting in the further
prosecution of the case and will no longer testify against the accused.

AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE
I, Ces Mabini, Filipino, single, with residence #1 Rizal Street Zone 4
Zamboanga City, under oath allege that:

1. I am the complainant in Criminal Case No. 222444 for alleged "RAPE"

against accused Roberto Romulo, which case is pending before the Regional
Trial Court, Branch 12, Zamboanga City, Philippines;

2. I signed the aforesaid complaint against accused Roberto Romulo against

my will, my signature in the complaint having been obtained thru force,
violence and intimidation done to me by my parents;

3.There is no truth to the allegations contained in my sworn statement

executed by me against my will on October 30, 2018. There was no force,
violence or intimidation done against me by said accused Roberto Romulo. I
was not forced by him to submit to his desires. It was all in accordance with
my own will, volition and consent that I went personally to him because we
love each other and I agree and consent to live with him as my husband;

4.I therefore respectfully request that the above-mentioned case filed

against said Roberto Romulo be dismissed as in fact I now withdraw my
complaint against him and I further manifest under oath that I am now
desisting from testifying against him in Court or in any other government
entity or agency in connection with the said criminal case.

TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, ALEXIS GO and VICENTE ANG, both Filipinos, of legal ages,

married and residents of 4A Gemilina Drive Guiwan Zamboanga City,
Philippines, having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose
and state that:

1. We both personally know the person of CHRISTINA C. AQUINO since her

childhood because formerly, we had lived in the same locality for a long time,
and her family has been a close family friend;

2. We also know and we hereby declare that the said CHRISTINA C. AQUINO
was born on October 30, 1980 at Zamboanga City, Philippines to BENEDICTO
C. AQUINO and CORA C. AQUINO;

3. We are not related in any way, either by consanguinity or affinity, to the

said CHRISTINA C. AQUINO;

As such, we execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing facts and for any other legal purpose that this Affidavit may serve.
