Proposed Courses
NMS Enterprises Ltd., is proposing initially Handset Repair Engineer of Telecom Sector. These courses
are selected after the analysis of current industry trends and have huge employment potentials in
organised industry segments. After successful completion on the training and certification, the youths
will have enough opportunity to get employed in the industry or they can start their own business
setup and show the entrepreneurship skills in the sector.
As the Govt. of India as well as State Govt. are encouraging setting up Industries related to Mobile,
Charger, Electronics Items and other connected activities in Delhi NCR. Lot many companies have set
up industries in Delhi NCR region mainly collaboration with Chinese Companies and lot of Chinese
Engineers are working in these companies. It is imperative to mention here that the Indian telecom
sector manpower is set to more than double in the next five years, creating additional requirement of
4.78 million skilled workers by 2021-22.
As per the telecom Sector Skill Plan of the Department (DoT), the telecom sector manpower of four
million in 2016-2017 would grow to 8.78 million by 2021-22 creating additional requirement of 4.78
million telecom skilled manpower. Out of which, nearly 80% of the workforce would require skill
development training in telecom sector and hence, the telecom sector require skilling of nearly 3.86
million manpower by 2021-22.
Placement Capability
NMS Enterprises Ltd. has established a very strong industry linkage in Delhi NCR Region
particulary in Noida (U.P.) and currently providing skilled manpower to several mobile
manufacturing industries in the region. NMS Enterprises have a dedicated separate division
for placement tie-ups and arrangements. Being a multi-disciplinary organisation, payment
management one of them, we have in-house capability of placement.
NMS Enterprises Ltd. is sourcing potential manpower from different geographical coverage
baring South and North East Region and the majority of them from the state such as Delhi
NCR, Western Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jharkhand and Orissa as
the youths are migrating to Delhi or other Metropolitan Cities in search of employment.
The company primarily is eyeing at the Noida region as major placement avenue as the region
has become India's biggest smartphone hub, with a capacity to make more than 140 million
devices per annum. The region has presence of more than 40 such industries in its proximity
which include the renowned companies namely, Samsung, LG, Intex, Lava, Wistron, UTL etc.
and each factory creates 3,000-4,000 direct jobs and hence, the opportunities for the
unemployed youth gets manifolded if they are skilled in telecom sector jobroles particularly
in Handset Repair Engineering.
Employment Opportunities for the youths of Bihar
Based on our experience in skilling and employment generation activities, the youths of Bihar
chose to migrate to Delhi in search of Job. These youths are basically High School pass out or
college drop out. In absence of the skilling knowledge, they use to engage themselves in
unorganized sector for their livelihood.
To cater the demand of Industries, NMS Enterprises Ltd. is now more focussed in those
particular territories and have set up their training centres preferably in Delhi as well as in
Bihar also. The objective is to create awareness to the youths, provide them requisite skill set
though the sector specific skill training programme for the telecom industries and link them
into the mobile manufacturing industries to ensure their placement.
NMS Enterprises Ltd. is set to conduct the training programme in telecom sector specific
jobroles for the youths of Bihar and will develop the infrastructure and resources accordingly.
Our approach towards the execution of the skill training will be based on the micro-level
analysis of the project areas. Our understanding and the experience of the ongoing training
programme will be the implementing factor in execution of the training programme under
the Telecom sector. The geographical locations that we proposed have been analyzed widely
and have shown tremendous requirement of such programmes to be executed. Following
components will be widely undertaken and coordinated to ensure the programme with result
oriented outcomes.
1. Mobilization Strategy:
Mobilization is essentially a process for reaching out to different sectors of a community and
creating partnerships in order to focus on, and ultimately address, a pressing issue such as
livelihood upgradation through skill based training. Community mobilization can be done by
empowering community members and groups to take action to facilitate change. The tools to
be used for mobilization will be as follows:
We will target unemployed youths of above 18 years of age and qualification having
minimum 12th.
We will also target college dropouts and pass out’s looking for job opportunities not
available to them in their localities.
We will also target unskilled workers having requisite qualification, who wish to upgrade
their knowledge by acquiring skill training to enhance their job profile.
NMS Enterprises Ltd. will deploy dedicated mobilizer at the training centres. NMS practices
following methodology and tools for mobilization activities to enroll candidates at all its
centers:

2. Training Delivery
The training will be imparted both through class room training as well as practical trainings. A
group of 25-30 members are trained in one batch.
Training Content: Training content will be completed based on NSQF qualification pack and
shall be aligned with Sector Skill Council. However, the content will also include inputs from
the industry to meet the global best practices and meet industry specific needs.
Equipments: Each training centre is equipped with requisite equipments as specified by the
Sector Skill Council. Centre validation is one of the process where the SSC ensures availability
of desired infrastructure and equipment.
Skill sets: The objective of the program is to impart basic skills necessary to become
specialized in their respective trades, so that the initial wages are at least equal to the
prescribed minimum wages.
Technical Skills: For each of the trades, special attention to detail is provided to inculcate
industry specific technical skills during the entire program duration.

Soft Skills: English Language, General Knowledge, & Personality Development, Self-
management, Workplace etiquette, Group/team behavior etc is laid emphasis upon.
Certification of trainees: The certification will be done by SSC post assessment by the SSC
empanelled Assessment Agencies.
Course Syllabus
The competency based curriculum packages will be offered which consist of syllabus, student
manual, trainers guide, training manual, trainer qualifications, assessment and testing
guidelines and multimedia packages and e-material. These will be developed for each NSQF
level, and where relevant, for specific Qualification Packs (QPs) identified by the SSCs. The
NSQF based curricula will be modular, allowing for skill accumulation and facilitating exit and
entry. Curricula design will also be aligned to a credit framework that reflects credits earned
and competencies acquired. Training of trainers would also be aligned to the NSQF.
The syllabus must be designed to have both classroom sessions and practical classes. Hand an
experience must be part of the syllabus. Arrangement for internment with local industry may
also be arranged. The syllabus shall be NSQF compliant and industry relevant. The training
programme may have a component of Entrepreneurship of at least one week’s duration so
that those opting for self-employment are guided with proper information and relevant
inputs. Relevant soft skill should be integrated with the course curriculum. The course may
include personality development, communication, team building, time management, etc.
Issues related to health care and social cohesion may also be included.
NMS Enterprises Ltd.’s Placement Strategy and Linkage with Corporates/ Industries:
NMS has signed MOU with the various Industries of repute in the Delhi NCR region to provide
the skilled workforce preferably the female workers to the industries. Currently, the
organization has the in-hand agreement of providing nearly 1050 skilled workers upto
June’2018 which will be multiplied in due course of time. The industries/ organizations with

It is imperative to mention that the training programme conducted by NMS Enterprises Ltd.
will be in line with the end user’s requirement on ground level. This training module will also
be as per the guidelines and standards of the National Skill Development Corporation,
Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurships, Govt. of India and Telecom Sector
Skill Council.
Though, our preferences will certainly the vicinity of the industries so that the candidate will
be benefitted from the industry exposure during their training period.
