I. Additional fees for new enrolments

One-time registration fee: 300€ per student
One-time admission fee: 1,500€ per student*

Deposit
When the first invoice is issued an interest-free deposit, in the amount of three months’
school fees, is due. The deposit will be limited to a maximum amount of 5.000€ per
family.

II. Reduction
Tuition fees for families with more than one child in the school are calculated as follows:
 The oldest child incurs fees at the full amount,
 The second oldest child will have a reduction of 10%,
 The third child and any further children will be granted a reduction of 25%.

Parents who have chosen the yearly payment plan will be given a 1.5% discount (to be eligible for
the discount, payment must be received by the due date).

III. Terms of payment

 Mode of payment for school fees:

Invoices will be set up according to the stipulation in the School Contract.
For details regarding our payment terms, please refer to Section IV. of the School
Contract.

 Payment dates for school fees:

Yearly payment: 13 July 2018

Quarterly payments:
1st quarter: 13 July 2018
2nd quarter: 10 October 2018
3rd quarter: 10 January 2019
4th quarter: 10 April 2019

School fees and incidental costs are payable in advance.

Late enrolment:

Students who enrol after the start of the school year will have fees pro-rated according to
the following schedule:

IV. Withdrawals
