XCHANGE INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATION GUIDE BOOK

A. INTRODUCTION
XCHANGE INTERNATIONAL CHAPTER 3 is an International Youth Summit
program organized by Beasiswa 10.000 Foundation. This program will be held on
November 20th-23rd 2018 in Hong Kong. The event is open to Indonesian people ranging
from 13-27 years old. The selected participants will be facilitated and accommodated to
join this event with the help of foundation funds and sponsors.
B. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Applicants terms
a. Applicants are Indonesian citizens / foreign citizens ranging from 13-27 years old.
b. Applicants apply as a single individual.
c. Applicants are obligated to pay the registration fees :
- 01 s/d 05 October : IDR 100.000,-
- 06 s/d 10 October : IDR 125.000,-
- 11 s/d 20 October : IDR 150.000,-
- 21 s/d 01 November : IDR 175.000,-
- Exclusive : IDR 200.000,-
d. Applicants are obligated to follow the registration timeline.
e. There are 2 options to register for Xchange International, which are FULLY
FUNDED and SELF FUNDED. Fully funded means if the applicants are selected
after all the selection phases, all expenses will be covered by Xchange
International. Self funded means the applicants only need to transfer the fee IDR
8.000.000,- (Exclude Flight Ticket) and fill out the form without having to go
through selection phases and will automatically go to Hongkong (LIMITED
SEAT).
f. Fully Funded
Fully funded option is divided into two, REGULAR and EXCLUSIVE.
1) Regular
Applicants are obligated to pay the registration fees:
- 01 s/d 05 October : IDR 100.000,-
- 06 s/d 10 October : IDR 125.000,-
- 11 s/d 20 October : IDR 150.000,-
- 21 s/d 01 November : IDR 175.000,-
Applicants are obligated to do these set of rules:
 Applicants are obligated to follow and like all posts on
@xchange.international instagram account
 Applicants are obligated to add our official LINE account @xchange.hamada,
and like sll the posts on homeline
 Applicants are obligated to share our event’s poster to 10 groups
line/whatsapp/facebook (it can be combined between those three social media
accounts to reach 10 groups)
 Applicants are obligated to share/repost our poster on instagram and tag
@xchange.international, @chelseaislan, @agunghapsah, @kittendust and 10
of your friends (the account can’t be private)
 Applicants are obligated to share our event’s poster on Instagram Story and
tag @xchange.international
 Applicants are obligated to subscribe, like and comment “I will be the next
Xchanger! ❤” on Xchange International official youtube account.
 Applicants are obligated to follow @Beasiswa10000 instagram account.
 Applicants are obligated to add @Beasiswa10000 official Line account
 Applicants are obligated to like all posts on @Beasiswa10000 instagram
account.

APPLICANTS MUST SCREENSHOOT THE 9 REQUIREMENTS LIKE

AN EXAMPLE BELOW THEN UPLOAD IT TO THE WEBSITE

2) Exclusive
Applicants must pay IDR 200.000,- and then proceed to fill out the form on
the website without having to do the requirements for regular (No need to
share anything).
 g. Self Funded
Applicants who wish to register for the self funded program must pay IDR
8.000.000,- , and then upload the transfer receipt to our website and fill out the
form (LIMITED SEAT).

1. PAYMENT
(01 October – 01 November)
a. Applicants who wish to register for the REGULAR option must pay the
registration fee for:
- 01 s/d 05 Oktober : IDR 100.000,-
- 06 s/d 10 Oktober : IDR 125.000,-
- 11 s/d 20 Oktober : IDR 150.000,-
- 21 s/d 01 November : IDR 175.000,-
Payments are made through ATM/SMS Banking/M-Banking/Teller Bank
(applicants are obligated to follow the rules)
b. Applicants who wish to register for the EXCLUSIVE program must pay for IDR
200.000,- through ATM/SMS Banking/M-Banking/Teller Bank (no need to
share anything)
 c. Payments are made to ONE of these following bank accounts:

2. SHARING OUR EVENT POSTER

a. Poster to be uploaded: (insert poster)
b. Caption for the poster: (insert caption)
c. Applicants must tag @xchange.international on instagram and tag 10 friends
d. If applicants don’t have an instagram account, applicants must share the poster to
line groups, facebook, twitter or whatsapp.
e. Poster can be re-uploaded from @xchange.international instagram
f. Applicants who wish to register via EXCLUSIVE do not need to upload the
poster.

3. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

(01 October – 01 Novembe 2018r)
a. Applicants fill out the registration form on our official website
www.xchangeinternational.org
b. Applicants must upload self portrait photo and transfer receipt on our website.

4. ANNOUNCEMENT
(07 November 2018)
The selected applicants of Xchange International Youth Summit 2018 Chapter 3 will
be announced through these platforms:

5. E CERTIFICATE
The shipment of E-Certificare will be done gradually with maximum of 350 E
Certificate per day according to the order of the registration starting from 7
November 2018.

The selection phases are divided into two, first is FILE SELECTION and second is
INTERVIEW selection.

PANDUAN PENDAFTARAN XCHANGE INTERNATIONAL YOUTH SUMMIT

A. PENDAHULUAN
XCHANGE INTERNATIONAL CHAPTER 3 adalah program International Youth
Summit yang diselenggarakan oleh Yayasan Beasiswa 10.000. Kegiatan ini akan
diadakan pada tanggal 20 - 23 November 2018 di Hongkong. Acara ini terbuka untuk
semua masyarakat di Indonesia maupun international mulai dari usia 13 - 27 tahun untuk
memfasilitasi beragam kegiatan youth summit yang menyenangkan. Para peserta yang
telah lolos seleksi akan difasilitasi dan diakomodasi sepenuhya (fully funded) untuk
bergabung dengan acara ini.
B. SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
1. Syarat Peserta :
a. Peserta adalah Warga Negara Indonesia/ Warga Negara Asing yang berusia 13-27
tahun.
b. Peserta merupakan perorangan.
c. Melakukan registrasi pendaftaran sebesar ;
- 01 s/d 05 Oktober : Rp. 100.000,-
- 06 s/d 10 Oktober : Rp. 125.000,-
- 11 s/d 20 Oktober : Rp. 150.000,-
- 21 s/d 01 November : Rp. 175.000,-
- Eksklusif : Rp. 200.000,-
d. Peserta melakukan tahap sesuai dengan timeline yang diliris.
e. Terdapat dua jalur untuk mendaftar Xchange International yaitu jalur FULLY
FUNDED dan jalur SELF FUNDED. Fully Funded berartikan, jika peserta lolos
tahap seleksi akhir maka semua biaya dan kebutuhan peserta ditanggung oleh
Xchange International. Sedangkan jalur SELF FUNDED adalah, peserta tidak
harus mengikuti tahap seleksi apapun dan hanya tinggal membayar biaya sebesar
Rp.8.000.000,- (KUOTA TERBATAS) dan mengisi form yang teah disediakan,
lalu otomatis akan lolos seleksi.
f. Jalur fully funded terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu reguler dan jalur eksklusif
1) Jalur Reguler :
Peserta WAJIB mendaftarkan diri ke website www.xchangeinternational.com
(mengisi form dan melakukan pembayaran, semakin cepat mendaftar akan
semakin murah. Biaya pendaftaran sebagai berikut ;
 Jika mendaftarkan diri pada tanggal :
 01 s/d 05 Oktober : Rp. 100.000,-
 06 s/d 10 Oktober : Rp. 125.000,-
 11 s/d 20 Oktober : Rp. 150.000,-
 21 s/d 01 November : Rp. 175.000,-
Peserta WAJIB melakukan ketentuan sebagai berikut ;

line/whatsapp/facebook (boleh dikombinasikan antara ke tiga sosial
media tersebut agar mencapai jumlah 10)
 Peserta WAJIB meng-share atau repost poster Xchange.International
di Instagram pribadi (tidak boleh Second account)
 Peserta WAJIB meng-share poster Xchange.International di
Instagram Story dan tag akun official Instagram

5. PENGIRIMAN E-SERTIFIKAT
Pengiriman E-Sertifikat akan dikirimkan seluruh peserta secara bertahap dengan
maximal pengiriman 350 E-sertifikat/hari sesuai urutan pendaftaran dimulai dari
tanggal 07 November 2018 .
