Evidence: My motivators

Studies of successful individuals have found that there are a few motivators that
guide their career and job choices, and make working an enjoyable and successful
experience for them. Below you will find a list with the motivators that are most
commonly mentioned by high-achieving people. For this evidence you have to
organize them in order of importance from 1 (the most important) to 10 (the least
important) and write a composition expressing how they have been part of your
professional development. Recycle the grammar and vocabulary you have learned
in this learning activity. (Example: I feel variety is the most important factor in my
motivation. I don’t like doing repetitive things. In my current job I have learned how
to use Photoshop and how to market different products online. I am becoming very
good at it and now I am able to teach others.)

Composition

Safety is the most important factor to do anything we propose, this depends on everything
we do goes well.
For me a challenge is a challenge, a responsibility that I must assume to test my abilities,
in my current job my biggest challenge has been learning to reach people, learn to sell a
financial product, this has been helping me to stop shyness and the fear of being wrong, I
have been able to overcome myself more and more.
Independence is important in everything we do, in our work, in our daily life. I do not like
to depend on the decisions of others if I have my own criteria and this helped me to really
know where I want to go.
The relationships in our daily life also influence what I mentioned above, for me it is very
important to be able to count on my family, make good friendships and strengthen working
relationships has been an influential part of what I have been able to achieve so far,
especially the support and family union.
Having recognition of the achievements that I have obtained and that I continue to obtain
is a great motivation, many times we make mistakes but they learn from themselves, if I
keep trying at the end I get a good result and I always want to go for more.
The lifestyle I think is not of such high importance if I have been a good person, if I made
mistakes I try to correct them, but we must remain a simple, humble person and learn
each time what others can bring me, in good sense Everything in life has been and will be
a competition, you must learn to assume with patience and strength to excel and not stay
stuck there, I do not like to leave things started, if it costs me, it does not matter I have
managed to face it. The factors that consider less important, are the variety and the
money, not because they were not it but because to be someone that of results and can
be effective there will always be other priorities.
