2019 Charity Application Form

The Bacchanalian Society is Cincinnati’s premiere wine-tasting society with a

philanthropic twist. Bacchanalian Society hosts four tastings a year, each benefiting
a different Cincinnati nonprofit organization. To be considered for one of the 2018
wine tastings, organizations should email their applications to Andrea Newman
(cincibacchanaliansociety@gmail.com), by end of day January 1, 2019.

For consideration, applicants must:

 Be a nonprofit/501c3 organization
 Serve the Greater Cincinnati community

Please consider when applying:

Bacchanalian Society wine tastings are one of Cincinnati’s largest young
professional events each quarter. If selected, the partner charities will each work
with and under the direction of the Bacchanalian Society to help organize one of
said four quarterly events. Following our framework, the charities will help The
Bacchanalian Society make decisions and help organize certain aspects of the event,
including but not limited to: selecting a venue, picking a wine varietal, creating a
unique marketing plan, securing a liquor permit, obtaining required insurance
policies, etc... In return, partner charities will receive 100% of funds from ticket
sales!

For further questions on process and charity responsibilities, please contact Andrea
