C. PRIMARY PURPOSE

TOP-NOTCH was organized for the primary purpose of

operating and engaging in the service of providing quality and up-
to-date seminars, training and/or development for professionals in
all fields and in any and/or all of the licensed and/or registered
professions, including but not limited to registered nurses,
professional teachers, certified public accountants, medical doctors,
dentists, doctors of veterinary medicine, optometrists, pharmacists,
registered midwifes, sociologists, physical therapists, occupational
therapists psychologists, psychologists, chemists, criminologists,
social workers, medical technologists, architects, engineers, interior
designers, landscape architects, real estate brokers and sales
persons, foresters, geologists, guidance counselors, and other
professionals, in order to comply with the requirements for
continuing professional development (CPD) units, as may be
required and/or authorized by law.

The continuing education and professional development of

Filipino professionals is necessary not only for them to effectively
and efficiently perform their mandated functions in the practice of
their chosen professions but also to keep our professionals updated
and at-par with their foreign counterparts. Thus, the Philippine
Congress enacted Republic Act No. 10912, otherwise known as the
“Continuing Professional Development Act of 2016”.

Cognizant of this demand for organizations which can fill-in

the need of organizing and setting-up up-to-date and high quality
seminars, courses and/or training programs which can help Filipino
professionals meet their legally mandated training requirements,
Top-Notch Professional Development Corp. has been
established to provide Filipino professionals in all fields the
opportunity to comply with their continuing professional
development needs at a reasonable cost.

We at TOP-NOTCH commit ourselves to provide professional

 To support and supplement the efforts of the officers of TOP-
NOTCH, we are determined to identify and retain only highly
qualified professionals and/or members of the Academe who have
been in the active practice of their respective professions as our
Course Directors, Lecturers and/or Resource Persons for our CPD
Programs. We shall also hire an ample number of competent and
dedicated support staff in order to assist the officers and course
directors, lecturers and/or resource persons of the Corporation in
preparing their materials as well as in ensuring that the seminars,
training courses and/or professional development programs we
shall be offering are not only up-to-date and state-of-the-art but
also interesting, informative, useful, practical and/or functional.

TOP-NOTCH intends to initially offer continuing professional

program seminars for the following professions, namely: (1)
Registered Nurses; (2) Certified Public Accountants; and (3)
Licensed Teachers.

Thus far, we have been able to engage as our Course Director

and Consultants the following young, energetic and upcoming
professionals, namely:

1. ROBERTSON SANTOS SISON, RN, MAN, MSN & MSPH –

As Principal Consultant and Course Director for our
Continuing Professional Development Program for
Registered Nurses; and –

2. MA. ELLA T. GUERRERO, CPA, MBA-H - As Principal

Consultant and Course Director for our Continuing
Professional Development Program for Certified Public
Accountants.
