CRITERIA 4 : INFRASTRUCTURE
4.2.2 – can object/add/modify template.
CLARITY pertaining to patient data of dental college and attached medical
hospital as per norms of regulatory body.
Can make two templates ( one for patient statistics of dental college and other
for attached medical hospital)
4.3.3 – objections – as individual institute cannot become member of shodh
ganga, shodh sindhu etc.
4.3.6 – NOT RELEVANT – Other than institutional LMS, MOOCs remaining
options are not accessible to HIS. Other options have technical related contents
4.4.3 – clarify (options not relevant) . in the option we are asked to opt one , in
option selection we are asked to choose between multiple options provided.

REGARDING NMEICT

"Train 10 thousand teachers" is a major initiative under the NMEICT, in which IIT Kharagpur and IIT Bombay
are working as partner institutes to improve the teaching skills of engineering college teachers of the
country in core Engineering and Science subjects. Under the programme, two-week ISTE workshops are
held during the vacation period in summer and winter. Live lectures are given by IIT faculty. The
participating teachers attend at a remote center close to their own college, and also attend tutorial and lab
sessions conducted in the same center. The lecture transmission and live interaction takes place through
distance mode using the AVIEW technology and the internet, at selected remote centers across the
country.
