Note to the educator

Paybacks are so sweet when they are done God’s way. The natural way of paybacks occurs
daily in the classroom and school yard. “I’ll get you back.” “He did it first.” “It wasn’t me. I was
just…..” Younger students are taBletales. Older students take things into their own hands.

Adults are much more vindicFve in their paybacks. ChrisFan educators, we have been called to
payback God’s way. When someone hurts us, our Lord Jesus told us to pray for them. (MaB.
5:44) ARer praying for them, we need to show mercy to them. Place yourselves in their shoes
and ask God to help you see. Forgive that colleague today for that offense and be merciful to

them. It is God’s promise that He will be merciful to you. That’s awesome moFvaFon.
