General Internship Guidelines

for
Internship Report

Meaning
The position of a student or trainee who works
in an organization, sometimes without pay, in
order to gain work experience or satisfy
requirements for a qualification.

A period of training spent in a hospital by a


young doctor in order to finish their medical
qualification

What is Research?
Research is an unusually stubborn and
persisting effort to think straight which
involves the gathering and intelligent use of
relevant data (Hamlin, Burnett)

findings of the study for improvement or
sustainability of the organization, strengthening
of the systems and procedures, possible
revision of policies, and other relevant
suggestions.
All suggestions must be based on the study
and not just personal perception, hypothetical
or arbitrary
