AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

That we, TICK AN TAN, Filipino, of legal age, married and a

resident of 135 Sikatuna St. Cebu City, and ALFREDO SY,
Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of 212 Manalili St.
Cebu City after being duly sworn, hereby depose and state:

1. That we know NICASIO CARETERO DY, of legal age,

Filipino, married and presently living at The Church, Sikatuna
St. Cebu City , because he is our long time friend and
acquaintance.

2. That the record in National Statistics Office shows he

was not registered in the Registry of Births and that we affirm he
was born on August 9 1942 in Dipolog Zamboanga Del Norte.

3. That many times we have attented his Birthday

Celebration which falls every 9th day of August every year.

4. That we know the foregoing facts and circumstances

because we have been long time acquaintances aside from the
fact that we are neighbors at Sikatuna St. Cebu City.

5. That we execute this affidavit to attest to the

truthfulness of the foregoing facts and for whatever any legal
purpose it may serve.
