Your recycling container will be collected on your regular collection day in the weeks shaded above
Your BLACK containers will be collected on the alternating week. Your FOOD WASTE container will be collected EVERY WEEK
If refuse collections are delayed due to adverse weather, please put your containers out by 7 am each day to allow collection at the earliest opportunity.

Paper (newspapers, magazines, catalogues, telephone directories,

yellow pages, un-shredded office quality paper, envelopes,
Meat & Fish (raw and cooked, including bones)
window envelopes - plastic film removed)
Fruit & Vegetables (including peelings)

Plastic Bottles (all types of drinks bottles, detergent bottles,
Bread, Cakes & Pastries
cosmetics bottles)
Rice, Pasta & Beans

Plastic Food Containers (margarine tubs, yoghurt pots, fruit punnets,
Tea Bags & Coffee Grounds
clear & coloured plastic food trays)
Out of date food (loose or still in packaging)

Aluminium (foil & containers)

Food & Drink Cartons

BROWN recycling container: You may use your black box to take your glass to your nearest recycling point
or Recycling Centre.

Garden waste collections will be suspended during winter months

Please DO NOT use plastic bags in your recycling containers.

It is important that only the correct materials go into your recycling containers. Any containers contaminated with the wrong materials will not be collected. A sticker will be left
explaining why your container was not collected and what to do. Your container will then be collected on your next recycling collection day.

Please place the appropriate container at your usual collection point by 7am and remove it as quickly as possible after collection.

NOTE: Excess waste left on or beside your container will not be collected.
