Hamlin, LLCs in the process of completing an Application fr Development Plan Approval for
«ight residential condominium units. The Development Team intends on formally submiting
{the Application for Development Plan Approval to the Village of East Aurorain mid-February
2019.
‘At our request, this Project has been placed on the Agenda fr the Planning Commission
‘Meeting of Tuesday, February 5, 2039 for a pre-application meeting in order to gain input fom
the Planning Commission as tothe site layout and architecture. Atour request and pursuant to
the approval ofthe Planning Commission Chairman, nearby property owners and other
Interested parties have been invited to attend the February 5, 2019 Planning Commission
‘Meeting.
The Projet Site is zoned RGN (Group/Residential-Commercial District’. This zoning
district expressly permits residential condominiums. The Development Team is working an 3
Development Pian Application for eight condominium units tebe constructed atthe Project
Site. The condominium units will be owned individually and will nt be apartments. The
Project would result inthe demolition ofthe former garage /dance studio and the completion
lof the environmental cemediaion of the Project Site
Please note that 41 Hamil, Lisa ifferent developer than the developer who had
sought to develop these properties in the past. Please also nate that ths development does
