Personal Statement
I am an energetic, ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach to
any task that I undertake, or situation that I am presented with. I am reliable and dependable and
often seek new responsibilities within a wide range of employment areas. I have an active and
dynamic approach to work and getting things done. I am a punctual and motivated individual
who is able to work in a busy environment and produce high standards of work. I am an
excellent team worker and am able to take instructions from all levels and build up good working
relationships with all colleagues.

WORK EXPERIENCE
Assist in the installation, commissioning and testing of BSS related equipment (BSC,
BTS and PCU)
Test and validate the options supplied by new releases, developing necessary technical
reports for their future implementation
Identify registers and resolves the problems occurring on the network
Plan the implementation of BSS (BSC, BTS and PCU) equipment
Verify the implementation of solutions, in order to resolve any problem occurring on the
network
Study, validate and implement new software releases and corrections with minimal
impact on the network
Study the integration of new nodes / services / functionalities on the network
Conduct the necessary analysis for the rapid resolution of problems related to the
customers' complaints
Implement the extension on the existing network nodes
Ensure the modifications of BSC data in a coherent way

Queen Elizabeth’s Young Leader Award Recipient, 2017, United Kingdom: The Queen’s
Young Leader Award recognizes and celebrates exceptional people aged 18-29 from across the
Commonwealth, who are taking the lead in their communities and using their skills to transform
lives. Winners of this prestigious Award will receive a unique package of training, mentoring
and networking, including a one-week residential programme in the UK during which they will
