b. distinguished verbs according to the time the action was done ( present and past

tense) ,

c. used past tense of regular verbs appropriately.

after me and together read in chorus afterwards.)

Past Form of Regular Verbs

Past form of verbs is used to express past action

Time Expressions:

 To show past action, -d or –ed is added at the
end of regular verbs to show past action
