1. I am currently completed safety and health officer class during this early December 2018. National
Institute Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) had certified me as SHO practitioner which
allowed me work as practicable as Safety and Health Officer by following on OSHA requirements and
FMA standards.

2. My ongoing class module has afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including good knowledge in
occupational safety health and welfare. I also skilled to do some HIRARC on work environment and
knowledgeable to ensure Safe Operation Procedure are applicable by general workers. I would
welcome the opportunity to contribute to your ongoing success.

3. For your information, I have graduated as Diploma in Engineering Technology in Avionics

Maintenance at University Kuala Lumpur MIAT during this October 2018. Apart from that, I do
believe that I have developed a good communication, teamwork and project management these past
years.
