MANIFESTATION AND COMPLIANCE

COMES NOW, the undersigned City Prosecutor of the City

Prosecution Office, Tacloban City, Leyte, and unto this Honorable
Court most respectfully avers that:

An Order of this Honorable Court was received by his Office

directing him to conduct an investigation whether collusion by and
between the parties exist in accordance to Art. 48 of the Family Code.

In compliance to the said Order the undersigned conducted an

investigation and interview with the petitioner while the respondent
did not appear on the scheduled date of interview.

The undersigned believed that collusion by and between the

parties does not exist. Although the respondent did not appear for
interview before this office, she however, filed an Answer before this
Honorable Court.
 A full-blown hearing of this case could clearly establish the
reasons for the filing of the herein case in court by the petitioner. The
undersigned however, confirms the absence of a plan and/or
arrangement, which is tantamount to collusion that would affect the
outcome of the extant case.
