xCall situation.

Case is the following:

ABIPRB hand releases itself with Cause = no_resp_from_copro_c (timers 9942 and 9939 expires) but does not request
AIVPRB hand to release the call.
Then this same radio channel (and ABI hand) is activated for another call.
As the ABIPRB hand does not have request a call release from AIVPRB hand the old call is kept active. And there is uplink
connection active in BSC group switch causing that someone can hear the call in uplink.

1. First call is activated 10:17:42.96

2. Timers 9942 and 9939 expires in ABI hand and the radio channel is released with cause no_resp_from_copro_c
but AIV hand is not informed. 10:17:48.59

3. The same radio channel is allocated for the second call and its makes handover to the target channel.

5. The same radio channel is allocated for the third call and its makes handover to the target channel. 10:18:04.82
