1. Review 15 minutes for Test
2. Administer 3rd Grading Arts Test
3. Test will be time limited to 35 minutes ONLY
4. Answer sheet will be collected
5. Questionnaires will be given to the students
December 4, 2018 – Tuesday
1. Checking of Exam
2. The remaining time will be used for students to write reflection about the test, their score in the
test and how will they improve their test scores.
3. Reflection must be composed of 15 sentences or more.
December 5, 2018 – Wednesday
1. Answer pre-assessment A and B on Health Book pages 272 – 274
2. Copy and answer in your MAPEH notebook
Assignment:
1. Choose 3 statements on page 276
2. Respond if you agree or disagree then explain.
3. Copy and answer processing questions numbers 2-3 on page 276.
Note:
1. The students will take the book home.
2. Leader will list the name of student and the number of the book in ¼ sheet then submit it to
the MAPEH office
