Current categories and their meaning:

 N (New user) – A category is automatically given to customer by the system,

immediately after registration.
 NP (Not Playing) – Automatically given by the system to customers whose category
hasn’t been changed by risk managers and who have not placed bets during the last 2
weeks.
 LR (Low Risk) – Those customers whose gaming history is considered less risky by
risk managers and who haven’t received other categories. After registration, if client
actively bets and his category is not change by risk managers, client automatically
becomes LR.
 MR (Medium Risk) – This category is given to players whose gaming history is
somehow risky but it is impossible to actually decide their exact category (i.e. after
changing the MR the gaming history of the given customer will be under
monitoring).
 AB (Arbitrage Betting) – Those customers who place arbitrary bets (these are the
players who place bets in different companies on 2 different outcomes of a match and
receive income regardless of the match outcome).
 BOT ARB (Bot Arbitrage) – Given to those customers who use different automatic
programs to place arbitrary bets.
 C (Corridor) – Customers who place bets in the same or different companies on the
differences of totals and handicaps. (This way by placing bets, players can win at least
one bet).
 LB (Late Betting) – Customers who have faster information on the game or who place
bets on events already taken place or in case of apparently incorrect odds, using
either bookmakers’ or system errors.
 HR (High Risk) – Customers who use several possible speculations at the same time
(AB, C, LB etc.).
 SO (Strong Opinion) – Given to the customers who place bets having some game
strategies, different information on the team line-ups, style, different members of the
team line-ups, referees, pitch, etc. (Value bet). SO is played mainly on not very
popular and mainly fixed championships (often there are simultaneous bets in this
style with other customers).
 SFM (Suspicion Fixed Matches) – Place bets solely during sold matches already
knowing the results.
 ½ SFM (½ Suspicion Fixed Matches) – From time to time place bets on sold matches.
 VIP (Very Important People) – Given to the customers who provide or can
potentially provide big profit to the company.
 BV (Before VIP) – A temporary category which is given prior to changing the
customer’s category into VIP.
Categorías actuales y su significado:

• N (Nuevo usuario): el sistema le asigna automáticamente una categoría al cliente inmediatamente

después del registro.
• NP (No se reproduce): automáticamente otorgado por el sistema a los clientes cuya categoría no ha
sido modificada por los gerentes de riesgos y que no han realizado apuestas durante las últimas 2
semanas.
• LR (bajo riesgo): los clientes cuyo historial de juego se considera menos arriesgado por los
administradores de riesgos y que no han recibido otras categorías. Después del registro, si el cliente
apuesta activamente y los gerentes de riesgo no modifican su categoría, el cliente se convierte
automáticamente en LR.
• MR (Riesgo medio): esta categoría se otorga a jugadores cuyo historial de juego sea de alguna manera
riesgoso pero es imposible decidir su categoría exacta (es decir, después de cambiar el MR el historial de
juego del cliente determinado estará bajo supervisión).
• AB (Apuestas de arbitraje): Aquellos clientes que hacen apuestas arbitrarias (estos son los jugadores
que hacen apuestas en diferentes compañías en 2 resultados diferentes de un partido y reciben ingresos
independientemente del resultado del partido).
• BOT ARB (Bot Arbitraje): otorgado a aquellos clientes que utilizan diferentes programas automáticos
para realizar apuestas arbitrarias.
• C (Corredor): clientes que realizan apuestas en la misma compañía o en empresas diferentes sobre las
diferencias de totales y desventajas. (De esta forma, al hacer apuestas, los jugadores pueden ganar al
menos una apuesta).
• LB (Apuestas tardías): Clientes que tienen información más rápida sobre el juego o que hacen apuestas
sobre eventos que ya se han realizado o en caso de probabilidades aparentemente incorrectas, ya sea
con corredores de apuestas o errores del sistema.
• HR (alto riesgo): clientes que utilizan varias especulaciones posibles al mismo tiempo (AB, C, LB, etc.).
• SO (Opinión fuerte): dado a los clientes que hacen apuestas con algunas estrategias de juego,
información diferente sobre las alineaciones del equipo, estilo, diferentes miembros de las alineaciones
del equipo, árbitros, lanzamiento, etc. (Apuesta de valor). SO se juega principalmente en campeonatos
no muy populares y principalmente fijos (a menudo hay apuestas simultáneas en este estilo con otros
clientes).
• SFM (Partidos fijos de sospecha): haga apuestas solo durante los partidos vendidos que ya conozcan los
resultados.
• ½ SFM (½ SFM) Partidos fijos de sospecha: de vez en cuando coloca apuestas en partidas vendidas.
• VIP (personas muy importantes): otorgado a los clientes que brindan o pueden proporcionar grandes
ganancias a la empresa.
• BV (antes de VIP): una categoría temporal que se otorga antes de cambiar la categoría del cliente a VIP.
