Reflection/Feedback:
I took it really slow. I took a while to talk about their journals and common mistakes
I found in their writing. Then they wrote their journals for today as I collected their
restaurant projects.
I eased into the pronoms really slowly and went over every concept really slowly. I
wrote everything on the board for them to see. They worked fairly well with the
worksheets. I already marked them and gave some formative feedback and most of
them did okay or at least understood some things. The first worksheet I gave wasn’t
very good. It explained things weird and confused them. The second worksheet was
better. I forgot to tell them that when there is more than one person, of a boy and a
girl, Ils gets used regardless. That was confusing for some of them. All of them go
through the first worksheet, and many of them almost finished the 2nd worksheet.
Good thing I had that colouring print out ,because a couple of them finished
everything so quickly and moved onto that activity quick. I will probably need to do a
quick review of it tomorrow, when explaining Avoir & Etre
