Detailed Explanation on Assignment:

① : The idea of mini-textbook is to let students collaborating as a group to construct
their own curriculum textbook. Students are expecting to reflect on the content of
their teacher’s lesson.(Encouraging creative ideas, different opinion and suspicions)
The textbook should include their common understanding on each chapter :
 The definition of the terminology that involves in the Chapter.
 The strategy of solving problem
 Alternate way to demonstrate the problem( Graphing, Pattern , Induction,
Real-life example demonstration)
 Problem sets (With “rational” answers)
 To be discovered …

②: Khan Academy has a handy online feature that can allowed teachers to assign
traditional practices( multi -choice ) to students through a free Teacher-Account.
 Students are more willing to review on Khan Academy because it provides
small problem sets (4~5). (flexible time management)
 A more interacting review experience than using a traditional textbook.
