All Platinum ticket holders will be entitled to home delivery of their tickets and free parking (*Latest is
1 month before the concert for home delivery)

Pajak layanan dikumpul dan dibayarkan ke pemerintah.

Purchase Conditions
No admission for infants and children under the age of 6. Festival A and B Zones are limited to a
purchaser aged 14 years and above ONLY. Anyone under the age of 14 will not be permitted entry
into these zones. Valid ID is required for verification at doors during entry. Children under the age
of 12 must be accompanied by an adult, aged 18 years and above
Each customer is entitled to purchase up to a maximum of 4 tickets in a single transaction ONLY.
No multiple transactions are allowed
While purchasing your voucher, please ensure you enter a valid email address and mobile phone
number
After the payment process, you will receive a confirmation email and voucher (this is NOT a ticket).
You will be required to redeem your actual ticket closer to the show.
Please note that the voucher is NOT a ticket and will not permit entry.
Payment gateway fee is already included in ticket price
Only successful payment will enable delivery of confirmation voucher
Once booked, NO cancellation, exchange or refund is permitted under any circumstance
The amount paid is only for entry ticket. Accommodation, Transportation, Food and Beverage etc
is not included in the amount paid.
You may be refused entry and your voucher will be cancelled if your ticket is purchased from an
unauthorised ticket seller or ticket scalper.
Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued, even if you have proof of purchase. Your
ticket is your responsibility
Your ticket may not be resold or offered for re-sale at face value or at a premium over the face
value of the ticket (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promoting or other
commercial purposes (including competitions, contests and trade promotions) or to enhance the
demand for other goods or services either by the original purchaser from the promoter or any
subsequent ticket holder

Redemption
Customer must produce valid ID that matches the credentials while booking the tickets online to
enable exchange of voucher for concert tickets
