DHAMMA DOHAS
S±ªsa dekhate dekhate, mana avicala ho j±ya; KŒaºa kŒaºa pratikŒaºa sajaga raha, apan± hoœa sambh±la;
Avicala mana niramala bane, sahaja mukta ho j±ya. R±ga dveŒa k² pratikriy±, µ±la sake to µ±la.
Observing breath after breath, the mind becomes still; Moment by moment remain alert, guard your sanity;
Unwavering, the mind becomes pure Strive to avoid the reactions of craving and aversion.

Pala pala kŒaºa kŒaºa hoœa rakha, apan± karma sudh±ra; Satya dekhate dekhate, parama satya dikha j±ya.
Sukha se j²ne k² kal±, apan² ora nih±ra. As you observe breath after breath the truth reveals itself;
