ABSTRACT

This project provides a data acquisition system for testing of pumps. The project
aims to analyze the overall performance of submersible pumps. The work deals
with the analysis of both mechanical and electrical parameters like head, discharge,
power, speed of the motor , rated current ,slip and efficiency. The analysis helps in
the selection of quality pumps for various applications. This process station is
interfaced with DAQ system for real time monitoring and precise analysis of the
pump performance. The process station with data acquisition is implemented with
IoT facility for enhanced real time analysis and advanced accessing features. With
required connectivity protocols, DAQ software and hardware modules efficient
characteristics of pump performance are analyzed.
