2G & 3G Prepaid Tariff in Punjab Telecom Circle

BSNL shall now offer three types of vouchers :-

1) Plan voucher:
i) Would be used to enroll customer into a tariff plan and it will not provide any
monetary value. However, free usage in terms of minutes/MB/ Number of SMS for voice,
SMS, VAS etc.) can be offered in the Plan Voucher.
ii) It will have validity. Customer can use this plan voucher to extend his plan validity
and for migration from one plan to other.
2) Top-up voucher:
i) Monetary value in rupees only should be offered.
ii) It will not have any restriction on its validity or usage
3) Special Tariff Voucher:
i) It will clearly indicate the plan to which it is applicable, tariff for different items and
validity period.
ii) It would not provide any additional monetary value to the consumer.

Note:-
Annual payment option for all 3G postpaid data plans will be available with two months Fixed Monthly Charges (FMC) discount i.e. ten
months FMC will be taken as annual charge, when the payment is made at a time in advance.
A discount of 10% on FMC of all 3G postpaid data plan is to be offered to Government Employees (Central Government/ State Government/
PSUs) both existing / new connection after verifying the credential of the officer. The above 10% discount can not be clubbed with any other
special discount/concession.
Now Retired Govenment Employee can also get discount of 10% on FMC of all 3G postpaid data plan- A discount of 10% on FMC of all 3G
postpaid data plan is to be offered to Retired Government Employees (Central Government/ State Government/ PSUs) both existing / new
connection after verifying the credential of the officer. The above 10% discount can not be clubbed with any other special
discount/concession.
Customer who wants static IP address under BSNL 3G post-paid plans, can be provided with one static IP address @ Rs. 250/- per month .
Annual payment option as mentioned at para (iii) above will also be applicable to Static IP address charges.
NOTE
A. Validity starts from the date of latest recharge.
B. In case of Anant, the Life Time Validity means the License Period of the Operator. The License Period for Cellular
Services of BSNL is 20 years w. e. f. 29.02.2000. However, the License is understood to be renewable further on its expiry.

C. During both the Bonus Periods, no O/G calls shall be allowed except emergency (toll free) & IVR Calls, however I/C will be
allowed.

D. The unutilized balance amount of the previous card can be carried forward in case of renewal within the Bonus Period I, other
wise it shall lapse.

E. The SIM number can be re-activated with in additional Bonus Period II of 165 days even beyond the Bonus Period I of 15 days
for all Card values . However, in such case, the credit balance will lapse but the subscriber will not have to pay activation charges.

F. Minimum recharge through existing Top-up cards of Rs. 50 under old Anant Plan is required. Evrey Six months for extension of
validity period, failing which the SIM card will be permanently deactivated.
