I. COLD START UP PROCEDURE


For 500MW SIMULATOR Only

( These are not intended as Operating Instructions For use in 500MW Units)

Running Simulator

Step 1 : Start all machines DPU-Stn and sim-stn


Step 2: Wait until the 53 DPUS(mxts) should come from the dpu-stn and ensure the startup done
should come in maxstation start up pop up.
Step 3: In sim-stn ensure the startup done should come in maxstation start up pop up. The sim
transport all station icons should come in yellow color.
Step 4: In sim-stn computer goto c:\runtime\BIN folder and run (double click) the applications
 ModelSvr
 HmiInterface_Test
 Sim
Press Kaph screen
Existing session as KORADI
Press Generate
Type : COLDSTART (generating COLDSTART initial condition)
Wait till RUN comes
Press RUN
Now The simulator is in running condition
Now start the Plant operations
Open maxview Runtime from Desktop
