Payment for the full amount must be received along with the registration form before the closing
date by mail or courier, Payment includes Lunch and Refreshments.

Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy:
You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable notice to IET.
For cancellations received not less than 15 Days Prior to the date of event, you will receive 75% of
the amount paid.
For cancellations received in writing between 8-15 Days, you will receive 50% of the amount paid.
For cancellations received in writing within 7 days from the date of event, no refund will be
applicable.
In the event that the Program is cancelled by IET, then you will receive 100% of the amount paid.
In the event of postponement of the program and the delegate is unwilling or is unable to attend the
program on the rescheduled date, then 100% of the payment made will be refunded.
IET is not responsible for any damage or loss as a result of cancellation / postponement of the event.
IET shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this program is cancelled, rescheduled or
postponed due to a fortuitous event, act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that
renders performance of this conference impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this
clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to war, fire, labour strike, extreme weather
or other emergency.
