3.2 Final Installation Checks

3.2-1 Cylinders - Set
SPC Reference 3299221-0100

a) Tighten the nut (1).

b) Move the drive shaft (2) as far as possible in the direction of the arrow
and make sure both cylinders are in their end position.
c) Make sure distance A between the drive shaft (2) and the frame (3) is
achieved. If not, adjust the cylinders with the nut (1).

3.2-2 Photocell - Set

Machine Status Electrical supply disconnecting device in
position I (ON)
SPC Reference 3299175-0100

Note! This procedure is only valid for machines equipped with Design
Correction.
a) Place the position mark (3) on the film (4) in front of the photocell beam
as shown in figure 1.
The colour of the photocell beam (2) can vary between red, blue and
green depending on the contrast of the mark.
b) Press and hold the button (1) for more than 1 second until the yellow
LED flashes slowly.
c) Place the film (5) in front of the photocell beam as shown in figure 2.
d) Press and hold the button (1) for more than 1 second until the yellow
LED goes out.
The photocell is now set.
e) Repeat for both photocells.
